MY. WORD!!! I just made these, and they are A...OH. MY. WORD!!! I just made these, and they are AWESOME!!! I made them in silicone mini muffin pans, to help with portion control. It made 18 mini brownies. I used the erythritol and stevia blend, and cooked them until they were mostly set on top, but not 100%. This will definitely be a new favourite! Thank you SO much for coming up with this recipe! I'm going to check out more of your thm recipes!
