What to Say?

"For I did not speak on my own initiative but the Father Himself who sent Me has given Me a commandment as to what to say and what to speak."

~John 12:49~

Wow... I read that verse this morning and I'm still trying to come to grips with it.  

Jesus, the Son of God, God in the flesh, only spoke what God commanded Him to speak?

If the Son of God relied on the Father to command Him what He was to say how much more so should I?
